Dominique Laporte - Best Sommelier of France

Dominique Laporte, Best Sommelier of France, is a world reference in oenology. He joined the PETIT Beret team in 2013 following a meeting with the founders with whom he shares the values of conviviality, simplicity and above all innovation.
Alchemist of wine, he was sommelier at Palaces such as the Hotel Meurice in Paris, the Connaught and the Great Eastern hotel in London with Gordon Ramsay, as well as prestigious cellars such as the Lucas Carton in Paris. Dominique Laporte participates in the development of the cuvées and the aromatic assemblages of the Petit Béret. RED INTENSE alcohol free drink
Beautiful intense purplish color with purple shades. Complex aromas of blackcurrant, violet, black pepper, liquorice, spices and fine vanilla notes. Featuring a beautiful structure in the profile of the Syrah grape, underlined by a freshness that gives way to tannins perfectly rich and melted offering a beautiful structure in the mouth.
Culinary agreements :
Roast poultry, grilled red meats, veal chops with giroles, duck breast with cherries or simply as an aperitif.
Operating temperature : between 14 and 16 ° C.
Kcal: 39.5 for 100 ml twice less than a glass of classic red wine. 

RED INTENSE無酒精紅酒

MUSCAT SWEET 0% alcohol

ROSÉ PRESTIGE - PROFILE GRENACHE CINSAULT - FRUITY - Alcohol Free 
Under a shimmering grenadine color, the nose exudes intense and charming aromas of cherry, currant, raspberry and grapefruit. The palate is greedy and fruity with beautiful notes of citrus fruits that give it a beautiful freshness and a beautiful persistence.

SPARKLING MOSCATO D’AQUI - A FLORAL CHARACTER
Muscat Sweet Sparkling - Blanc de Blanc
Complex and fruity nose that asserts maturity with muscatel notes, pineapple notes, bergamot and more fresh and floral notes of rose petals and jasmine flowers.
