U-Mask is the first biotech protective face mask. Compliant with the EN14683 standard, the only standard that takes into account BFE (Bacterial Filtration Efficiency), U-Mask protects the user and those around them from contagion for up to 200 hours of effective use. For example, if used for 8 hours a day, U-Mask will last about 25 days.
The refill features four layers of filtration, is self-sanitizing and anti-proliferative, meaning that it prevents the growth and spread of viruses and bacteria on the mask’s surface. Food products can not be delivered internationally and are reserved for Hong Kong only. Food products can be packed in re-used glass containers or in paper bags.
In our effort to reduce waste, your package will most likely be made of re-used cartons and fillers. We will pack your products to make sure they arrive to you as they have left our shop, as fast as we can.
Still, we do have to conform to the shipper's rules and may have to use their required plastic bags to contain the package (we sincerely wish we had better options - SF Express if you read us...)
We prepare and send shipments on weekdays. We always strive to ship as fast as possible and will prepare your order as soon as we receive it. - Local delivery can take between 24 to 72 hours depending on courier's condition and pick up time. - International deliveries depends on your location and selected shipment method - please follow app guidance when placing your order. Also, regarding import taxes, please note that the app calculates your relevant taxes and duties that you will have to pay when you receive your order.
