Sprouted seeds are known for their high nutritional value and their supply of vitamins, minerals and enzymes. If they have a certain power on the body, they are also used to enhance the taste and aesthetics of culinary preparations.
There are a multitude of them such as the sprouted seeds of quinoa, alfalfa, flax, lentils, chickpeas or even fenugreek. It is a healthy product, inexpensive and easy to grow at home in all seasons thanks to the germinator.
This sprouter is made in a European artisanal company. Terracotta is a natural material that maintains constant humidity and therefore ideal for seed germination.
Easy to use :
1 - Soak your seeds for the time specified
2 - Drain the seeds and place them in the perforated trays.
3 - Moisten with a spray or a glass of water
4 - Cover and make sure that there is always water in the bottom tray.
Place one of the three sprouting bowls in water for five minutes. This permits the porous clay of the bowl to absorb water, which later provides a good environment for sprouting. Remove the sprouting dish from the water and place the washed seeds into it.
