Grapes variety: 100% Syrah
Age of vines: 25-35 years
Soil: Alluvial pebbly deposit of quaternary. Height and medium terraces deposit by the Rhône and Isère river.
Fermentation with natural yeast. Classical winemaking (pumping-over and treading) and maceration using grape-pomace (marc) during almost 1 week. Being put into barrel for 1 year.
Tasting: Intense color, complex nose of red fruit. Well-rounded and full boded. Well worth putting down for a few years.
