Quinoa Duo with Summer Vegetables and Sweet Alicante Pepper
1 portion = 65g
For 1 portion of quinoa mix, add 2.5 portions of water.
Pour the preparation into a saucepan, add water at room temperature.
Cover and cook over medium heat for 20 minutes, then uncover and mix regularly for 5 to 10 minutes
Add a tablespoon of olive oil and mix
